On June 15th 2020—amid both a global pandemic and an American reckoning with legacies of racial inequality—250 Black fashion professionals put forth an actionable plan, The Kelly Initiative, poised to bring greater visibility to their experiences within industry and actively posit solutions via which their long-overdue equitable access to employment opportunities can be obtained.
